The Global Tech Summit team,led by Dr. Srinubabu Gedela , CEO and Managing Director of Pulsus Group, the Hyderabad - based health informatics company, met Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in Delhi on Thursday and discussed the importance of global tech summits to promote the G20 economy and the Vizag Tech Summit 2023.
During the meeting, Sitharaman, who extended her ministry's cooperation and support, urged the Global Tech Summit leaders to actively promote the G20 economy while explaining India's G-20 presidency is comprehensive, progressive, and decisive, with a scheduled number of summits in 56 cities.
During her discussion with the Summit organizers, she expressed optimism about India's growth story, investment prospects, reforms in India, and the thrust by the Government of India to boost the economy and further lead the G-20 Vision as its Presidency.
Dr. Srinubabu, who heads the delegation of the Vizag Tech Summit 2023, said, “The follow-up Global Tech Summits along with India's G-20 presidency will be conducted across major cities in India, including in New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore."
"Our goal is to make India not only achieve the trillion-dollar economic targets but also contribute to job creation and innovation in our country. ”The Vizag Tech Summit 2023 covers a broad spectrum of businesses which include tech sessions, including PharmaTech, EduTech, AgriTech, FinTech, MetaVerse, BioTech, Startupfest, and Awards that will lead to inclusive economic growth and technological advances, he added. Key organizers of the Vizag Tech Summit are Seoul, Osaka, Brisbane, Riyadh, Rome, London, Toronto, and New York, Dr. Gedela, with the support of governments and business leaders around the world.
“We welcome the types of reforms the government is considering to further encourage investment and spur growth in the technology industry,” Gedela said after a meetingwith the Finance Minister.
“The purpose of the summit is to bring investment to India by demonstrating the opportunities available in terms of India's digital infrastructure, consumption history, ease of doing business, and good governance.”
With the support of the Andhra Pradesh government, the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, and his Pulsus Group, they are working together to conduct a global technology summit to boost the G-20 economy, Srinubabu said.
A project worth 300 billion rupees is likely to be signed during the event, he added. After holding investor conferences in 11 major cities around the world, the Visakhapatnam Tech Summit will culminate in Visakhapatnam on February 16–17, 2023.
