Poster Presentation:
“Display your poster & describe how technology and processes are changing”

• Possibilities for experiential learning: It includes interactive exhibits or presentations that enable students to interact more directly with the subject matter. Instead than only reading or listening to lectures, this might be a terrific approach for students to learn via experience.
• Inspiration and creativity: Students may find this to be a fantastic source of both. Students may get fresh ideas and thoughts for their own work after viewing the work of others or learning about novel concepts.
• Opportunities for networking: This gives students the chance to connect with experts in their area of interest. For students, this might be a terrific opportunity to network and perhaps discover internship or employment possibilities.
• Cultural enrichment: This gives pupils a means to learn about various cultures and lifestyles. Students can get a greater knowledge and respect of the world's variety by visiting exhibitions that are centered on various nations or areas.
Eligibility:
• Everyone in the class is welcome to take part in this tournament (Graduates, Post Graduates, and Research Scholars not above the age of 35).
• All participants are urged to submit their papers well in advance because the poster competition abstract due will be one month prior to the conference date (subject to change).
• The abstract must include every detail about the person (e.g., abstract title, name, affiliation, abstract and biography, etc.)
• Abstracts must be sent in electronically or via email. Abstracts that have been selected for the event will be contacted via email and made available online.
• A registered author or poster presenter may send a replacement, who may be a co-author (or) any employee of the same institution, if he or she is unable to attend the summit. The substitute winner will be given the prize in place of the registered author/contestant.
• In order to strengthen their competence as interdisciplinary researchers, young researchers get the chance to learn about the research topics of their colleagues.
• All individuals who have been selected to present a poster should sign up before the deadline for abstract submission.

Judging Criteria:
• The judgment will be done by the Board of Jury.
• When the competition is being conducted, each participant should be ready in front of his/her poster to answer all questions from the judges.
• During the poster presentations, the judges will come to your poster. Once the program is finalized, you will be notified of the presentation schedule. However, you will be notified of the preliminary schedule one month before the conference.
• You will be given about 5-7 minutes to present your poster and answer questions. During the poster evaluation, judges may seek information.
• Judges will even evaluate the student's enthusiasm towards their study, interest, and knowledge in the area of their research.
• The winners will be announced at the summits closing ceremony. If the winner(s) is/are not present at the time of the announcement, the decision will be distorted.
