Submit Your Research Works and Proposals

Important notes for students, scholars, and Entrepreneurs:

  • To take advantage of the membership discount on your participation in a poster or innovative ideas or a submission of a startup deck presenter for the Global tech summit being held in any of the countries, you’re supposed to be a member by getting the membership or by the registration form.
  • Read all instructions and complete all the tasks.
  • Submission will guide you step-by-step
  • Submit all the additional data required i.e., abstract, innovative ideas, or start-up presentation
  • Submit all the additional details required via the registration page.
  • You can even get a yearly membership which is non-refundable and can grab your attention for at least two events in a year in any of the G20 countries that host global tech summits.

Ogle up at the sky, not down at feet

The purpose of the Global Tech Summit Student Poster Competition is to inspire college students and recent grads to showcase their original research, which will be featured in international journals. The conference poster sessions will showcase all approved topics. All aspiring researchers and scientists should be able to showcase their work at the Global Tech Summit and express their opinions on the conference's subject.

     Instructions & Guidelines for Poster Presentation

     Eligibility

  • All students are welcome to participate in this competition (Graduates, Post Graduates, and Research Scholars not above the age of 35).
  • The abstract submission deadline for the poster competition will be one month before the conference date (subject to change), so all participants are encouraged to submit their abstracts well in advance.
  • The abstract should cover all of the participant's information (e.g., abstract title, name, affiliation, abstract and biography, etc.).
  • Abstracts must be submitted online or via email. Shortlisted abstracts for the event will be notified via email and will also be displayed on the website.
  • If a registered author/poster presenter is unable to attend the summit, he or she may send a substitute, who may be a co-author (or) any member of the same institution. If the winner is a substitute, he or she will receive the award in lieu of the registered author/contestant.
  • Young researchers have the opportunity to learn about their peers' research subjects to enhance their capacity as multidisciplinary researchers.
  • All shortlisted poster presenters should indeed register before the abstract submission deadline.

Poster Presentation Benefits

  • In the form of a poster presentation, you will receive the unique opportunity to combine visual and oral explanations of your projects.
  • Best Poster Award: Three best posters will be awarded at the summits closing ceremony.
  • The accepted poster abstracts will be published in highly indexed and supporting International Journals with a unique DOI provided by CROSSREF.
  • The best posters will be allowed to publish the full work in supporting International Journals at a reduced execution fee.

Judging Criteria

  • The judgment will be done by the Board of Jury.
  • When the competition is being conducted, each participant should be ready in front of his/her poster to answer all questions from the judges.
  • During the poster presentations, the judges will come to your poster. Once the program is finalized, you will be notified of the presentation schedule. However, you will be notified of the preliminary schedule one month before the conference.
  • You will be given about 5-7 minutes to present your poster and answer questions. During the poster evaluation, judges may seek information.
  • Judges will even evaluate the student's enthusiasm towards their study, interest, and knowledge in the area of their research.
  • The winners will be announced at the summits closing ceremony. If the winner(s) is/are not present at the time of the announcement, the decision will be distorted.
  • You may be present at the poster in addition to the judging time to share your research with interested delegates.
  • The judge's decision will be final, and no further interpretation will be provided.

Poster Guidelines

    • The poster should be 40" x 59" or 1X1.5 Sq. Mts. in size.
    • Space your information proportionally: divide your poster either horizontally or vertically into three or four sections, and place your materials within those spaces.
    • Make use of large text (at least 18-24 pt.; headings 30-60 pt.; title >72 pt.)
    • Choose colors carefully and pay attention to contrast.
    • Cropping, Margins, and Spacing: Make sure all edges and margins are straight and even. Don't overcrowd and be attentive to balance from top to bottom and from the side margins. Organize your elements into columns.
    • White space: (the area not covered with text or graphics): Not too much (or the viewer's eye will wander). Not too little (or you'll confuse and overwhelm your viewer)
    • The following information should be included on posters.

  • Acknowledgments
  • Contact information
    • Posters should stimulate discussion rather than provide a lengthy presentation. As a result, keep text to a minimum, illustrate graphics, and ensure that every item in your poster is required.
    • The poster will be printed with high-quality ink.
    • During a poster presentation, no computers or other aids may be used.
    • Posters should be placed in the designated areas two hours before the poster session and removed at the end of the day.
    • Keep your poster presentation to ~15 minutes per visitor/judge (10 min discussion & 5 min query session).
    • During the poster evaluation, each poster can be presented by a maximum of two presenters.

Allow other scientists to view the entire poster by not standing directly in front of it. Place yourself to the side.

Use tubular packaging or a portfolio case to transport your poster to the meeting. Please do not send your poster to the conference headquarters or the meeting site.

It is now feasible for doctors to both save and treat numerous illnesses thanks to modern medicine. There are several medication suppliers available nowadays. The development and production of medicines and various other health products depend on the pharmaceutical industry, a large economic sector. Pharmaceutical substances are substances that are used to diagnose, treat, or prevent disease as well as to enhance, restore, or change physiological functions.

Agriculture:

The study of nature and its manifestations is known as science. Since farming has a long history of exploration and exploitation it has been crucial to the advancement of science. In family farms, agriculture refers to the science, technique, and business of cultivating crops for human food, animal feed, and fiber. A balanced diet must be provided for the population, and it must include all the vital nutrients. Because it produces healthy food sources like fruits, vegetables, meat, and many other things, agriculture may help with this. Due to its impact on food quality and the creation of food items from natural resources, agriculture is significant. The continuation of our current way of life depends on agriculture and agricultural growth. Agriculture contributes to the growth of human civilizations by giving the populace food, fuel for their activities, and alternative agricultural resources to satisfy their requirements in the future.

Food Technology:

Science, engineering, and technology are all used in the interdisciplinary area of food technology to enhance food production, preservation, and quality. It includes researching novel food product creation, food safety and cleanliness, and packaging and preservation ways for foods. Food alternatives that are more readily available to a bigger population are now healthier, safer, and more convenient thanks to advancements in food technology. Additionally, it promotes food security and reduces food waste. The use of technology in the food sector has significantly raised people's standard of living and is expected to fundamentally alter how we grow, store, and consume food.

Education:

The term "education technology" (EdTech) describes the application of technology to enhance the processes of teaching and learning. Learning management systems, virtual classrooms, online educational materials, gamification, and other resources are just a few of the many tools and resources that fall under the umbrella of "EdTech." EdTech aims to improve student results and engagement, encourage individualized learning, and increase access to education. Technology improvements have made EdTech an increasingly crucial instrument in contemporary education, giving students chances for teamwork, critical thinking, and hands-on learning.

Women in tech:

Women have been underrepresented in the technology industry for decades, but efforts are underway to close the gender gap and increase diversity. Companies and organizations are implementing initiatives to attract and retain female talent, and women are forming supportive communities and advocating for equal opportunities. While progress has been made, much work remains to achieve gender parity in tech and address systemic barriers that prevent women from entering and thriving in the field. Encouraging girls to study STEM, promoting inclusive workplace culture, and advocating for fair hiring and promotion practices are critical steps toward a more diverse and equitable tech industry.

Life Sciences:

Innovations in medicine and health care have resulted from the intriguing intersection of life sciences and technology. Innovations in the life sciences, such as genetics and biotechnology, have enhanced illness diagnosis and treatment, customized medicine, and our knowledge of the human body. Technology has made it possible to analyze biological data more quickly and accurately, which has improved medication discovery and development. Bioinformatics and synthetic biology are two new domains that have emerged as a result of the fusion of biological sciences and technology and have the potential to completely transform the healthcare industry. Despite the advancements, issues like data privacy, ethics, and equal access to state-of-the-art medical care continue to be crucial factors in the growth of life sciences in technology.

           Finance:

The intersection of finance and technology has led to the development of FinTech, an industry that is transforming the traditional financial services sector. FinTech companies use technology to offer innovative products and services, ranging from online payments to investment and wealth management. The rise of mobile banking and digital currencies is also disrupting the financial industry. FinTech has the potential to increase financial access and inclusion, making it easier for people to manage their finances and achieve their financial goals. However, there are also concerns about data privacy, cyber security, and regulatory issues that need to be addressed to ensure the safe and responsible growth of the FinTech industry. FinTech continues to evolve rapidly, and it will likely continue to shape the future of finance and financial services.

Diverse of Engineering- Designing our living with excellence

Software engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, and many more disciplines make up the broad area of engineering in technology. Each field focuses on the creation, advancement, and use of various technologies and systems and calls for a certain set of abilities and information. While some engineers concentrate on creating new hardware or software systems, others try to enhance already existing technology. It's a fascinating and dynamic subject to work in because it's continually developing and introducing breakthroughs and developments every day.

Minerals and Energy- (Powering the future with mineral and energy innovation in technology)

Energy and minerals are essential to the technological sector. Minerals like silicon and rare earth elements are necessary for the manufacture of technological products and renewable energy sources. Energy is used to power data centers, industries, and the electricity grid that underpins technical infrastructure. This energy can come from both conventional fossil fuels and renewable sources. In contrast to my expectations, virtual reality has not developed as quickly as nanotechnology. While nanotechnology has moved more quickly than I had anticipated, the virtual world has not. If we can reduce the cost and improve the quality of medical technology through developments in nanotechnology, we can more extensively treat common health issues and diminish the degree of human suffering. one of the most fascinating nanotechnology advancements of the twenty-first century. It is the ability to use nanoscale observation, measurement, manipulation, assembly, command, and fabrication to apply the concepts of nanoscience.

Space Science:

The term "space science" is inclusive of many different disciplines of science that are interested in studying space. This covers topics including space exploration, minor planets, astronomy, and astrophysics. As a species, we have made little steps toward space flight, but we have unquestionably gone beyond expectations and limitations. Technological breakthroughs have opened up a whole new universe of possibilities for space exploration and discovery. Studying space science, a major field of study, helps us comprehend the cosmos and our place in it. It has generated several scientific and technological innovations, and it continues to deepen our understanding of the cosmos.
